What one property covers
A property is one hotel: its own room count, room-type minutes, public area load, inspector and houseman ratios, and wage rates. Managers running several hotels add each one separately, and each carries its own standards so a 90-room select-service and a 400-room resort never share the wrong assumptions. Billing is per property so the price tracks the size of what you manage rather than the number of people who log in.
