30-day money-back guarantee

HotelWorkload, operated by Aaron Whitfield, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Pro subscription. If the tools are not right for your hotel, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the merchant of record for every purchase. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact us and we will raise the request with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

Cancelling a renewal

A refund is different from a cancellation. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the account page, which stops future renewals; your saved properties and boards stay available until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies to a recent order.

Every calculator on this site is free to use without an account, so there is nothing to refund unless you have bought a Pro subscription.
