HotelWorkload is operated by Aaron Whitfield, a sole trader trading as HotelWorkload. Email is the only support channel, which keeps replies coming from the person who wrote the code rather than from a script.
What to include, by reason for writing
Support and how-to questions
Anything about the calculators, the printable board, saved properties or the daily board history. Include the property size and the page you were on and the answer will be specific.
Billing, invoices and cancellations
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for every order, so invoices and payment records come from Paddle. You can cancel or change your property count yourself from the billing portal in your account. If the portal will not do what you need, email and it gets raised with Paddle directly. Refund terms are on the refund policy page.
Data requests and privacy
Access, export or deletion of your personal data. Aaron Whitfield is the data controller; the detail is in the privacy policy. You can also delete your account and its data yourself from the account page at any time.
Corrections to a published figure
If a formula, minutes range or ratio on this site is wrong or misleading for your segment, say which page and what your floor actually does. Corrections are made on the page and the reviewed date is moved. The reasoning behind every default is on the methodology page.
Press, data and partnerships
Questions from hospitality trade press about housekeeping labor math, and requests to reference the calculators, are welcome.
Before you write
Two things answer most incoming questions faster than an email round trip: the methodology page explains where every default number comes from, and each calculator shows its own formula and limits underneath the result.
